Bios

A Canadian, Susan Petrina Esensjö has worked as an organizational consultant since moving to Sweden in 2004. Her passion lies in helping people achieve their potential through their own personal development and she worked as a career coach in Canada for 12 years prior to moving to Sweden. 

She currently develops and delivers customized training in self-awareness, leadership, team development, motivation, well-being, self-esteem, communications, conflict resolution, customer relations and career development for English, Swedish and international groups of all ages and career stages in Europe. 

Since receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981 Susan has continued to pursue studies in human development and psychology. She is certified and experienced in delivering The Human Element™ and all of its applications (Radical Collaboration, The Implicit Career Search and Customers for Life), including training trainers in delivering The Human Element and Implicit Career Search.

Other certifications include Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), Non-Violent Communication and Job Finding Club.

Jan Esensjö has specialized in the development of leaders and management teams. Formerly a Manager and Senior Consultant with Right Sinova, (the Swedish branch of the international leadership and career transition consulting firm, Right Management Consultants) Janne’s background includes a civil engineering degree, two years of military service, and 12 years of team and leadership development. Fluent in English and Swedish, Janne’s experience has been gained through working with clients from a dozen countries, representing almost 100 companies and organizations. His client list includes AGA Gas AB, Akzo Nobel, Carnegie, Dell, Ericsson, IKEA, Manpower, MAX Hamburger Restaurants, Luleå University, Norrbotten County Council, Plannja Basketball, Skanska, TietoEnator, Vattenfall , and XponCard to name a few.
Some of Janne’s areas of expertise include developing and facilitating customized leadership programs, coaching of individuals and management teams, facilitating The Human Element® and all of its’ applications,  UGL*, Reteaming, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, MBTI, and Crisis Debriefing.
