- Develop a step-by-step career plan based on the Career Development Spectrum, which outlines the five stages of career development and how to transcend from one to the next
- Identify your personal blocks to career growth and develop action plans for overcoming them
- Write a Career Development Profile which becomes a map for your journey, a progress chart and can even be used as a marketing tool.
