Delivering Leadership Development Worldwide for TELECA!

International mobile software company TELECA has entrusted Petrina Consulting AB with the design and delivery of the leadership program for all of their managers from 11 countries in Europe, North America and Asia. The program kicked off with the international Group Management Team on September 9 and by the fall of 2009, about 230 managers will have completed the 3-module program. The program is based  on The Human Element and covers Personal Awareness (inner leadership), Conflict Resolution, Communication & Negotiations, and Leading Others.
