Per Lundin

Per Lundin is an Organizational Consultant whos greatest area of expertise lies in developing working- and management teams to perform to their greatest potential. He also develops and support leaders in their roll of managing people. Examples of typical assignments include:

• During a period of four years developed a total of 150 leaders within the Swedish government in a thirteen days leadership programme focusing on self-awareness, group dynamics and situational Leadership.
• Created and facilitated a special design teambuilding programme for three different management team from Ericsson. The assignment was focusing on creating an environment of collaboration both within the team but also with external partners.
• Facilitated a three days international leadership programme design for IKEA. It was focusing on group dynamics, feedback and leadership by values. The participants where from eight different countries within Europe.

Per has significant experience in handeling process orientated developing programs where personal growth is important. He has been doing this in a wide range of business areas.

He has a background as an officer within the Swedish Royal Air Force where he was a senior officer responsible for educating a platoon of ground attack troops. He was also mentoring all new officers coming from Cadet School, supporting them in their leadership, and responsible for implementing the new leadership culture in the ground attack division. In 1996 Per left the Airforce and joined a consulting firm specialized on leadership and teams.

Per left the Cadet School as number one in 1989. He has since taken several psychological courses including one year training in psychosynthesis. Per is certified on several psychometric instruments:  Strategic Leadership Development (SLD),  Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory (IDI), Strenght Deployment Inventory (SDI). He is also a licensed trainer in UGL (Leadership and group dynamics), The Human Element and Radical Collaboration.
