Focus Leadership continues with two more programs coming autumn 2010…Fokus Leadership

Petrina Consulting AB in partnership with Paragon Affärsutveckling AB and Företagarna is proud to once again offer Focus Leadership. The program consists of three modules comfortably spread over a two-month period and delivered in a residential setting.

• Self Awareness and Awareness of Others - 3 days,
• Conflict Resolution and Negotiations - 3 days, and
• Leading Others - 2 days

The program is built on a platform of The Human Element and FIRO theory, and draws on a number of approaches including Interest-based Problem Solving, Situational Leadership, and Neuro-linguistic programming.

Focus Leadership is suitable for anyone, regardless of industry, background or position, eager to develop their own ability to lead themselves and others effectively. No experience required.
